Documentation & €30 billing
The assisted video consultation is documented — you bill the €30 flat-fee per § 129(5h) SGB V. Any prescription goes to the patient directly from the physician; choice of pharmacy stays free (§ 11 ApoG, § 31 SGB V).

Since the German Digital Act, pharmacies are entitled to bill assisted telemedicine services with a €30 flat-fee. Requirements: KBV-certified video consultation, defined workflow, documentation.

Cabin, tablet — or just a video app?
The €30 flat-fee requires an assisted, documented video consultation or structured triage — the tablet covers both. Integrated measuring devices for the physician's exam come with the Kiosk and cabins. Pure video apps without a pharmacy workflow don't qualify.
