Physician video consultation
KBV-certified video consultation via the DoctorBox physician network — free choice of doctor stays guaranteed and local physicians can be integrated. Includes integrated examination through the Tessan cabin (otoscope, stethoscope, blood pressure, pulse-oximetry, ECG).

E-prescription, eAU or referral
The physician issues the e-prescription via the TI into the patient's eRezept app and eGK card. Choice of pharmacy stays with the patient (§ 11 ApoG, § 31 SGB V) — if they pick yours, you redeem it without a media break. You bill the €30 flat-fee per § 129(5h) SGB V.

Since the German Digital Act, pharmacies are entitled to bill assisted telemedicine services with a €30 flat-fee. Requirements: KBV-certified video consultation, defined workflow, documentation.
